"Why trust a company we have never heard of?"

The methodology is published on the About page, sample pages of every major asset are on the site, and a completed fictional example shows the full workflow finished. The kit's author spent roughly 20 years in network security inside regulated banks and holds CISSP and CCSP. And the product is static files: no software, no data collection, nothing to clear through vendor review.

"How is this different from AI readiness tools and quizzes?"

A quiz measures what one person believes in two minutes. This kit makes you interview operations, IT, compliance, and retail, then score what you heard across ten dimensions. Self-report versus evidence. Two other differences: your answers never leave your building, and the price is on this page. Tools that hide pricing and score your readiness usually have something else to sell you afterward. This kit does not.

"Why spend $799 on downloadable files?"

Wrong frame. You are buying the ability to walk into a board meeting with a scored assessment, a written findings report, and a presentation, produced internally in two to four weeks. The nearest paid comparison, an industry association's document toolkit, sells for $499 to $799 and stops at compliance checklists. Bank-specific readiness work from consultants starts at $10,000.

"Is the governance material legal advice?"

No. The governance documents are starter templates keyed to published OCC, Fed, and NCUA material. Your counsel reviews and adapts them. Every file says so on page one.

What does the license cover?

Each purchase licenses one legal financial institution and its employees for internal business use. Every branch and every employee can use the files. Unlimited internal users, no per-seat count.

Redistribution outside the institution, resale, and publishing the templates publicly are prohibited. So is using the materials to deliver commercial consulting or services to a third party. Consultants and advisory firms who want to use the kit in client work need a separate practitioner license, priced later.

What file formats do I get?

PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Open them in Microsoft Office or any compatible tool. Nothing to install beyond what your institution already runs.

Do I get updates after I buy?

What do I need to run this?
