What we collect
When you use the free Quick Check email form, we collect your name, your email address, and your institution type.
When you buy a kit, the payment processor collects and handles your payment details. We do not receive or store your card number.
The interactive scorer
This site sets no tracking cookies. If you use the interactive readiness scorer in your browser, it stores nothing and sends no answers anywhere. Your answers stay on your device and never leave your browser.
How we use your information
We use your name and email to send the Quick Check results and a short email series on AI readiness for community institutions. We use your institution type to tailor that content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use your purchase and delivery details to send you the kit you bought and to provide support if you need it.
Third parties
We share information with three kinds of service providers, named here by role and not by brand:
- An email service, to send the Quick Check results and the email series.
- A payment processor, to handle your purchase.
- A digital delivery service, to deliver the kit files after purchase.
Each provider only receives the information it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information to anyone.
